AMW6b160tr, what is it ?

In the top left corner there's a wide group of four bright stars. In the middle of the area between these stars is what appears to be a round object with a smoky/shadow like tail. What is it or what causes something like this ?

the stars' alignment is most likely just coincidental. the dark circle in the centre (again, the location is coincidental) is a small concentration of cold dust that is blocking the light behind it.

Thanks for that, mentioning the stars just seemed an easy way of locating the circle.
