Unusual regular formation of red dots (Artifacts)?

  Has anyone else seen this group of red dots (Artifacts ?) zoom in to see a rectangular formation of 6 or more grouped together below a star cluster in a cloud with EGOs and another unusual cloud to the left.
  What are the chances of a group of red dots in this formation.
  The cloud to the left, could this be a Bubble or a Bow Shock or a galaxy forming????

  That's an artifact. According to the science team, these things happen often when the intensity of the light or EMR is too much for the receptors. They get overwhelmed.
