Thanks - I can see it. This is a well-known supernova remnant called W49B (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W49B), located in the large W49 molecular cloud. It's around 35000 lightyears away, and when the star exploded it may have caused a gamma ray burst. The W49 cloud also hosts on of the most active regions of star formation in the whole Galaxy - it's a pretty interesting region.
