Need Some Clarifications!

    I really feel the need for some better directions in this task. Take this image (ignoring the big red artifact, I get that).

    One: is the irregular void left of center a "bubble"? It's very irregular and not round.

    Two, are all of the tangled thready green strands "green knots"? Some of them? None?

    Three, is the big fuzzy red splotch lower left, a "fuzzy red object"? It's fuzzy and red, but also huge and diffuse.
