Life cycle of a star

I am unsure of what phase of the life cycle the star in the left part of the frame is in but I have not seen photos like this before. The bubble seems to be expanded. I would certainly like some feedback from more knowledgable stargazers than myself. I would also like to know what is happening directly beneath the bottom of the frame as well because the impression is of the green gases being drawn from what might be another stellar incubation zone.
