The cluster of small bubbles toward the bottom right....seems unusual. What is it?

Millions of green knots and small bubbles here. What's the triple thing? What do I mark it as? Chose 3 red fuzzies but was uncomfortable.

I marked the cluster of red and yellow objects as a cluster of stars since it's actually the birth of stars we're seeing in a cluster. 😃

I've done that before. I'd probably call it 3 small bubbles, though I might mark the whole thing as a cluster as well.
