What is the formation to the right of the red object. Is like all the green dust is flowing upwards from the red object and from the strange object to the right

The red fuzzy object in the lower right corner of the image is probably a bubble produced by a luminous young star, even though there is not a well-defined green rim. The shapes of bubbles are often influenced by the surrounding material. In this case, the bubble may be expanding more easily to the right, than to the left, in the direction of the dark cloud, which contains denser material.
