How many are there here?

I see 5 big bubbles, 4 or 5 small ones, 4 green knots, a cluster and a red fuzzy

I'm a noob so I want to know if I am way off or about right.

I see 6 small ones--there's a dim one to the lower right you may have missed. I would count a double bubble, but am undecided on any other big bubbles. Could just be chance alignments. I would count 3 or 4 red fuzzies.
