small closely grouped red circles

Does anyone read these? I was previously saying that this slide showed a very closely clumped grouping of round red circles with the white bulls eyes gathered in the lower left bottom. Then just below centre, there is a red circle, again, with the white bull's eye that has what appears to be a bright green cone of what might be a green bubble emerging from its side. Is the green emerging from the red object or is it in the foreground?
