Hello in the far right of the picture there is a few trails of nebula that seem to look like writing of some sort any thoughts to what it could be from?

interesting object. Its not likely to be any kind of lens, but it could well be a bow shock around a fast moving star. not sure though!

Any thoughts on the yellow crescent on top of the (very large) Fuzzy Red near the centre of the image?
