Can someone explain what I'm seeing here please? It's like a butterfly, beautiful.

This is another interesting find. A recent paper by Russian astronomers has flagged this as a possible Luminous Blue Variable or Wolf-Rayet star - these are both stages in the evolution of very massive stars after they have started evolving towards their cataclysmic deaths as supernovae. I wrote about another Luminous Blue Variable bubble spotted by a MWP user just earlier this week. This one could be similar, although it obviously has a very different morphology.
