Tread-like pattern of holes

I noticed what looks like a tread-like pattern of small holes in a cloud. I was curious as to what could cause such a structure in a cloud, so I clicked on "discuss". Unfortunately, it didn't bring up the same picture I was looking at. Any thoughts?

Found an interesting "structure" I guess. Looks like a tire-tread type of pattern of small holes.

found a couple of those 'tire tread' type things, and figured it was just one of those camera errors, or satellite trails etc
