red ball with hot spot

  Need help here, have seen lots of these, are these galaxies or other phenomena? They do have an effect on each other as appear to cast shadows.

  I would be interested to know too, I am seeing more and more and not sure what to catagorise them as, so i am using 'other'

  Most of these are dust/gas clouds illuminated by stars. After zooming in I might mark the left elongated red object as #cluster
