It's the area on the right side, with the pink and green.

The pink is clouds of gas and dust which looks to be forming stars ( the bright patches). The green is an oversaturated star. Bright stars often have green artifacts close by and diffraction spikes - this one has the lot! Welcome to the Milky Way both of you - you're doing great. 😃 Keep asking those questions.
