The spot off to the right

  On the rightermost edge i noticed that odd shape. It looks a little like a galaxy but its in the brightest part of the red, where I would not expect to see background object. What do you guys think it is?

  I think so too DiNapoli. A darker dust lane in front of a bright star forming cloud.
