A reflection nebula with an emission nebular? It's not reddish so it must contain not so common elements. Anyway, it looks spectacular.

#EGO middle of white nebular and #pillars. Nice pair of nebs.

We don't see much "reflection" in infrared. Here we have 2 different emission regions in the same nebula: orange = ionized, pink = neutral.

OK, conferring with Rob, we can now confirm that this is part of the NGC 6357 nebula, and the star cluster is Pismis 24.

You have picked out one of the most massive star clusters in the Galaxy here! Pismis 24 has O3 stars, which are rare and 100X the Sun's mass

@Tiger, there is no EGO here. Bright nebulae often have large green regions in our images, but EGOs are small + compact.
